Strength Block

The Strength Block is for athletes who want a more focused exposure to foundational power and olympic lifts.  Use this strength program as part of a 4-6-12 week CrossFit pattern or to add periodization to take your game to the next level! Offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  This is a great conditioning program for sports such as wrestling, football, soccer and martial arts.  6-months CrossFit experience required prior to entry.
